What It’s Like @ Holly Springs
Visiting a new church can feel a bit nerve racking and that’s the last thing we want you to feel around here. Our church is full of jokers who love to have a good time so feel free to let your guard down a bit and have fun as well. Don’t believe us? Just check out this crazy crowd!
Where To Go
One of the very first things you’ll probably want to know, especially if you have kids, is where you’re supposed to go. Our church has two buildings and that looks a little confusing sometimes. One building is especially for the kids, this is the building with the long skinny awning. All of the children must be checked in by an adult so be prepared to spend a few minutes doing that on your child’s first visit.
The next building is the main building and this is where you’ll go for the worship service. You’ll easily spot this as the handicap parking spaces are closes to the front door.
What Kids Can Expect
On Sunday the kids are dropped off and signed into children’s church. Here they will have fun playing and singing while also learning about that day’s lesson in a fun and exciting way. After the lesson kids are provided with a snack, so please mention any food allergies.
On Wednesday night the kids are split up into smaller groups where they watch a Bible lesson video and are then taught by a team of dedicated leaders.
What You Can Expect
Sunday morning worship is a very laid back and casual atmosphere. You’ll quickly discover that everyone at our church is friends with one another but don’t let that scare you into thinking that you’ll be the only one without friends. It’s our desire that your whole expierence at our church will leave you feeling as if you were just reunited with long lost friends yourself!
Our song service is a combination of both hymns and modern worship. Looking for an example of the preaching that you’ll listen to? Feel free to check out this video of our pastor and here for yourself.
